Our Ten Day Close is available on purchase transactions of a primary home in Arizona and is dependent on the borrower and third parties providing Academy Mortgage the required information to fund the loan. If the borrower and third parties provide Academy Mortgage with all required information on time and we do not produce loan documents to the involved title company within 10 business days (from date of  application to date that loan documents are delivered to title), we will credit the borrower $100 for every additional day (up to five days) that we do not have your loan documents at title.  Additional conditions and restrictions may apply.
