Scott:
Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you once again for all of your help in getting my home.
When I went with Peoples Mortgage, it seemed like a never ending uphill battle going from one Lender to another.
It was frustrating and then I was told that we had to go with Chase bank because USDA was running out of money and it was now being funded by Chase bank.
And not only that but it would take 60 days to get it through Chase Bank and that would take too long and USDA would have run out of money then.
Needless to say Scott, you and Academy Mortgage has been a God send. Even though It seemed tough getting all of the documents the difference in timing to get the home was tremendous.
You were able to push my loan through in about 3 weeks, instead of 60 days. Once again thank you for going back to your office late at night and working on my loan. You truly have gone above and beyond to help me.
This message would not be complete unless I mentioned all of the help that Easa gave me. He is a very nice young man and was very patient and polite each time he helped me. Scott you have a good guy working for you.
I believe if more Mortgage Companies would hustle like you did Scott, more people would be living in their dream homes also.
